C-R should set off alarm bells as this is often a set. Not sure what else you can do but go broke though.

Cautiously. Your enemy here is the paired board.

Your enemy is someone having the same hand with a redraw. Depending upon player/table dynamics if your this deep, I would be folding the nuts sometimes without a redraw. Even semi-competent players arent normally bad enough to stack off 400bb's deep with top set on a straight board.
Could call and get it in on turn. If you dont repot, you wont be put on the nuts and opponent will likely pot most of his value range on turn.

Im trying to get PLO into my repetoire. Came up with this hand last nite. I flop the nut flush draw and top 2 pair. I doubt villain has AA or KK as I have them both. Maybe that is wrong of me cause if he has them I am a 3 to 1 dog. But if he doesnt I have a spot to get it all in and take it down. The table has been very loose and this villain particularly has been raising any Ace.
Im not sure.

Noob question: Is having an HUD as useful for PLO as it is for NL? Particularly talking about microstakes 2PLO-10PLO

No. Perhaps largely because no one has ever done a definitive dissertation about the use of villain stats in Omaha.

well played Juicy Stakes, Up down Up, bought in $10 up to like $22 then crashed, re-bought $10, down to about $3 then up to $30. So 50% gain from original buy in.

Man what has happened to this thread? I have no questions about hand play, frankly it's boring. Make a choice and hope for the best when either have the best had or a awesome drawing hand. Oh and taunt the villains, OMG at low stakes it's so easy to sucker them in. Not saying be rude just things like "I'm so drunk' or I am so lucky" type stuff. Yes, yes It's low limit weak level stuff but they just eat it up.

Oh yeah I pretty much play only when drunk, I am too tight otherwise.

Playing only while drunk is probably optimal.

FWIW, WPN has some spewtard O8 players. Easy to spot as they are the ones who seem to be playing like they are in a rake race.

So, I have been transitioning to live, and it's really tough to find any PLO games. I have been lowered to the ranks of nlhe.
