stacks - cutoff $10
button $25
me $25
bb $50
4 limpers and button raises to 75c.... me, bb and all limpers call.

flop is 7h3d6h

checks round to button who puts out a c bet of $2.75
i call ... now the bb who is tight player raises to $25 (puts everyone all in)
he is very tight and i now he has a set or straight
3 folds and cut off goes all in for his final $10
button folds
so do i call? i am only certain i have 8 clean outs

I would probably call this. You're getting approx 1.6:1 pot odds. If your flush outs are good you are a slight favourite to win the hand and even if you discount half your flush outs you're still getting just about enough odds to break even.

I prefer to push this initially on the flop though, as this will price out flush draws and you will be a slight favorite if called in addition to the fold equity you get in a pot that is already 12BBs

Your call says you are on a draw so the BB puts pressure on you and the BTN to make a decision and really the BB could have just 2 overs. As joey said though I'd be reraising the BTN and AI most likely as any reasonable raise commits you anyway.
