So its day 3 now since I cashed out and not even a peep stating hey we are processing your ID. So far this site has been an epic fail who will gladly take your money but won't give you you're money when its time to cash out. I will keep you guys posted...

Global Poker

I have recently started to play there and have gotten a roll around 60. I normally play the .05/.10 table to get into there 1500 freeroll on Fridays but decided to play on a .02/.04 table the other day. I raised a few times with strong starting hands and I kept getting called by half the table. I am sure there are some of choppin at the bit saying where do I sign up but I am confused that even at the low a level they are playing so loose. Any thoughts or suggestions on why that is!

I can't help you with an answer for your main question but I do have 2 notes for you.

First of all, $60 is roughly 15 blinds at 4NL so you probably want to think again about how will you manage your bankroll. I can understand that you just joined the site and want to see how things work before you deposit but then you should probably play 2NL.

Regarding the loose play made by your opponents, you can only make use of this and get a lot more value for your winning hands. But you must be really careful because having more than an opponent will require you to calculate the ranges for each of them and also take into consideration that the hand has a lot less burned cards.

Good luck on the new room!

The .02/.04 table is the smallest limit they offer.

Global Poker never responds for cash out

I have emailed Global Poker many many times for my cash out and they never have replied.

I believe the site is fake and only there to take your money.

Ouch. This site is pushed hard on Facebook. Have not opened account there yet. It appears I am not missing out on anything.

Trying to see if I should deposit with this site. Seems like it has some good perks. Anybody have any experience with it?

I've had good results from day one, and you don't have to deposit like at other sites. Are you a US or Cannadion player? If so all you have to do is click up in the right hand connor on BUY GOLD COINS, and then you will see the packages you can buy from your pay pal account

I was actually just looking into this site; did you end up checking it out? Anyone? I understand they have freerolls and the possibility of working through paypal is what we've been wanting so bad that it might even be worth the potential risk of the site going down.

Global Poker

I'm a reg. on 888poker, planning to move up from micros. Do you think switching to Global Poker is a good idea? I'm sure it has a lot from tables and games. Also any available HUDs on global poker?

The games are super soft from my experience so far, level of play seems similar to bodog post BF. The software is completely in browser but is actually not that bad. I have not cashed out yet but have not seen anyone complaining about problems with it so far. Seems like a decent options for micro/small stakes. There is not a whole lot of mid to high stakes action but in the smaller games it is nice.

I haven't heard any complaints about cashout other than over the Easter weekend when it was taking 4 days or so. The games are soft, it's a good looking site, and I've made it my priority. I still haven't put up any of my own money; they start you out with $2 and some gold chips; gold chips games buy you into real money freerolls; and at this point, I've got $9.88 without risking anything and I'm up to 80k gold coins (I think you start with 10k). I'm actually grinding for gold coins to buy an avatar with while I freeroll up a cash bankroll, though I'm actually quite certain that 2.5 buy-ins is safe at this site; they're really bad players. I will say that I got stacked 3 times today by one guy jamming all-in with nearly anything before I won it back and then some and they don't play any different for cash, so I'm just playing it safe due to the high variance nature of the players.
