When someone says "I'll show you"

When someone shoves all in and that would put you all in and you are sitting there wondering if you should call for your tourney life and they say "I'll show you", does that always mean they want you to fold? If they wanted a call why would they say that? Love to hear from others experience on this one.
Very interesting moment this. More often it’s a sign of weakness but not usually in the sense of of weak hand but rather a pre stronge hand that doesn’t want a call in case. The complete opposite also applies with low pairs, a mid A late in a tournament etc. The moment is defined by the variables of the situation and your insight into that opponent. If you wouldn’t have shoved yourself it’s safe to avoid calling.
