Paying attention and patience are a couple of your main goals to start. As the tournament progresses you need to pick your spots and throw in some aggressive moves to build a larger chip stack. Try to keep your chip stack at average until the late stages or closer to the bubble. Then you need to make the moves on the short stacks at the table, do not let them limp in if you can help it.
