We all love to eat. Tea, cookies, coffee, fruit ..... But the main thing is not to smoke or drink alcohol. A friend of mine is exercising and warming up during the break, and I also think it's a good idea.

In the past one time i was in the money in the sunday million and blinded out because i was in a deep sleep.

Apart from those trips to the bathroom that we all know how it is, right? They are simply the most sacred 5 minutes of our lives. Good thing my gut is super trained for this break lol

Personally, I close my eyes and try to keep calm, because I try to analysis every hand and every game, so after ~50 minutes I feel tired and a bit exhausted.
I also drink water.
30 seconds before start I check my list with formulas to calculate equity and the bank chances ( I try to count them myself, without programmes, for example calculator)
I also close my eyes to concentrate
Maybe I do something wrong , I don’t know

I do what I need to do when I'm hungry I eat, I have to go to the toilet then I go out fast.
