During the break, the most urgent needs come to the forefront - go to the toilet, have a smoke, make yourself coffee (or tea). Actually, 5 minutes is very short! An ideal option would be to take a break of 10 minutes!
During the 5 min breaks I do a variety of things such as -- let the dogs out, check on their water bowls, get myself a drink, unload the dishwasher, check on dinner if cooking it in the oven, grab some snacks etc.
Depends on the time of day what can be done in 5 mins
