Recently after playing nothing but online tourneys for more than a year I was in a casino and sat in on a $1-$3 NLHE table...and for quite a while I was making betting errors and folding a lot just like I do in MTTs finally after getting rid of about half my stack I realized the necessity of adjusting my play to the cash game style and sure enough after a while I did recoup my original starting stack and added significantly to it...I guess the biggest difference I could identify was the size of opening bets..typically in MTTs I would open with 3BB, however I found that the opening bets on the live table ranged from $15-$25. and when I opened for $10-12 I was usually overset and forced out...there is a big difference in the play on a live table vs online tourneys and for now I think I'll stick to online...

I shake a lot and shake even worse if I am under pressure or excited. Live cash games are really different from online tourny or cash games in that regard.

The lowest stakes live cash games like 1/2 or 1/3 are kind of a thing on their own, since a lot of people just go to the casino to have some fun, and these tend to end up in the cheapest game of the room. Which is why, you see those huge opening sizes and many multiway pots. If you change your mind and want to continue playing live cash games, one of the best strategy sources is Crushlivepoker run by Bart Hansson. There is paid content but also a lot of free content in the form of call-in hand uploaded to Youtube almost daily.
