You will get used to it with time. A few bad beats and you won't be surprised by the runner-runners anymore. When you start with a 98% chance and at the end the dice turn in favor of your opponent playing with a lousy hand...
You really have to think about whether it will be better if you start getting nervous. No. That's it. You have to log out and try again the next day.

As you avoid tilting in general - patience and strong will. Even if you lose a few times badly, there is always another day to come where you will win. And after all - these are freerolls so you lose no money in the end, only gain experience :)

Nowadays there are lots of good freerolls everywhere, but how to avoid tilting? Because even knowing that there are many beginners, I get mad at a guy with 93 off, beating a pair of KK for example. But how to avoid tilting in freerolls
Here's a dude with 93 offs wouldn't tilt at all if he lost with your KK. You just need to treat freerolls the same way. In such situations, you will win 4 times out of 5, so it is beneficial for you to have more such dudes.:)

If you did everything right, but the RNG was not in your favor, then you should not worry, you just need to know that everything was done correctly! And at a distance with your game you will be in the black, although it is difficult with freerolls)

volume is the number one cure for complaining about bad beats and bad players.
Play a solid game with enough volume and you won't even notice these crazies.
Freerolls cost nothing so the chips mean nothing.
for this reason, I tend to have rules against calling a shove in the first 15 mionutes of the tourney without a made hand of QQ/KK /AA.

I also tend to only play with strong hands from late position early game. Early positions are too risky to get shoved on.
Late gmae, things settle down and then you can start bluffing occassionally. Early game, call stations abound, so put the bluff away for a while.

Poker is a game you can play perfect and still loose! Why tilt if you know that fact!

Even when smoking weed I get annoyed I lose with some hands. I guess it`s highly Unavoidable so we all go through it in one way or another depending on our personalities. Good luck at the tables and try to have fun everyone ;)

as for me, it is worth playing mega aggressively postflop + flop, unless of course the structure is not completely ugly. because if you are afraid that you won’t get much from weak hands, BUT IT IS NOT, people are really ready to put up on the flop with a gutshot, although with such a combination you can’t even call a min bet, without plans for the next streets, because the same card will reach you only in 1 out of 13 cases. so if it's the beginning of the tournament and you don't have a pocket pair, then we aggressively look at the flop, with 3 bet/isolate, and coincidentally put in hands like ak-ajs, kqs, ako-aqo. if we are talking about pocket pairs aa kk qq jj, then we try not to reach the flop if the opponents are aggressive, and we expose preflop, expecting to see kq-k10 sometimes even q10s, believe me, in freerolls it is possible

But how to avoid tilting in freerolls
You need to start learning how to handle tilt (and not just in freerolls), if you want to start playing better, there are quite a few materials on how to handle tilt.

(Just a note: this won't happen like a magic wand (dealing with tilt), but you still have to start somewhere... if this issue is worked on over time the game will improve gradually...)

Players can go on "Tilt" in any poker game, The only way to avoid it yourself is to accept that Poker is just a Game, You win some, You lose some.
If you can accept that losing in any Poker game is just part of the game, Then there is no reason to get annoyed and lose your cool. Play within your comfort Zone and don't worry about the buy-in, it's only money! In a freeroll that is nothing! so what have you lost? Nothing!
Sounds like the lyrics of a good Monty Python Song "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" De Dum, De Dum, De Dum, De Dum,
