how much to eat before the tournament?

When you're hungry you think faster. I do not eat in front of important tournaments. Sometimes I can eat during a tournament at the worst.

eat as much as you can mate.. you body need energy for playing.. your brain need nutrition to stay focus... hola amigo despacito.....

I have found that for me if I eat any more than a energy bar before tournament, I make stupid calls like someone else said you need the blood in the brain not the stomach. During long tournaments, remember the length of the lines at the door to the bathroom. This can make the decision of at least quantity of food easier.
Never drink alcohol if you want to win during tournaments, unless you are on my table then go ahead have more I'll take your money.

I would say Have a very Good Meal because in my case if I get eat during the tournament i get distracted and my game decreases I recomend eat good before start and have some snack ready for while your playing and kiil the anxiety..
