Either play very aggressively or wait for a good hand. You may blind out or lose your stack however if you do not represent semi bluffs at this stage. This stage of a tournament plays differently to the previous stages. You cannot afford to get picture perfect hole cards. This is what makes final table play so tricky.

How we play Final table depends on lots of factors but basically there are three

1.Stack sizes of remaining players in relative to yours to determine how we should play

2 . ICM Calculations

3. What kind of players we are dealing with

How we can try to survive final table depends on what stack size we entered with .

If u entered with heavy one / Medium one
Play tight , give importance to position while playing any hand and mostly just hang there till remaining players knock each other out as many as possible .
Don't try to play too many hands because it's not worth it .
Meaning u must be very patient

If u entered with short stack and possibly in a next to get eliminated kind a situation

Just be ready to shove any decent enough hands and hope to double up / steal blinds because u don't have any option since u got to fight it out for survival at table


If u wanna survive basing on ICM Calculations

For this u just gotta play tight range till u become the last one to get eliminated compared to other players at table .

Meaning u gotta be willing to make some tough choices at tables to get the best outcome for yourself in terms of getting rewards in regards to your stack size

Depends on what place you're currently in, where the big stack is in relation to your position and the tendency of the other players at the table. Big stack you want to put all the pressure on the small stacks and tight nitty players
