The only hand I didn't think he would have was 10Q to me just didn't seem possible. Yeah the Jack was a bad card for me but with having a straight already playing against such loose table I thought I would try to extract value.

Are we ever limping in MTTs if so at what stages. I don't tend to limp unless suited connectors if multiple players are already involved. Mid stages I'm assuming we are never limping, either fold or 3x bet to steal blinds?

HU Hyper session today - Just breaking even+ 30 games 16:14

adult photo sharing

Normally around 2:1 on these hypers so had a below average day. 30 games 20 wins - 10 loses would be a more average day for these sessions. (variance included)

I don't want to be rude but since the thread is called "help me improve ...", and i don't want to start another thread, i have a question if anyone can help me improve my game. I play for a couple years now, around 2010-2011 started, but until 2013 i was mostly clowning around without much knowledge. I play micro stakes usually on Pokerstars (mostly MTT's and very rare cash, zoom or SNG's).
My question is what do you guys consider is better nowadays, with all the info on the internet, to improve your game: reading books the old way or watching video tutorials/guides on YT. What do you think it's more impactfull of the two options. I also sometimes have doubts on the quality of some of the videos since anyone can record something now and act like a couch and you have no ideea if it's good info or not. Thanks in advance for all answers.

It really depends on what's the best way for you to learn, like me for example, I learn by actually playing and learning from my mistakes, watch some live games on YouTube & watch some running tournaments where they are deep in the money and see how they play, watch replays and all & just apply it to your game. That should help.

Right firstly, you asked video or books? Both! Take advantage of todays youtube poker strategy videos whilst slowly making your way threw a poker book. As JCarver would say 3 playing to 1 learning.
There are plenty of SNG and MTT strategy videos out there, along with some reading of your own and discussing with other player on cardschat you will see your game get better, I know it did for me.

Choosing which youtube videos to watch, if your ever in any doubt about the video makers playing ability take their poker site name and search it in sharkscope.com and have a look at their winnings.

In early stage must play more aggresive in a few hands don't call in everyhand you think for cool, because your start stack will be dissapear in 1 hour max :) middle stage must play more tight analyze the enemy's hands in hand history view who bluffs most who calls most who folds most this is 90% of your winner stage if you are afk (away from keyboard) or do 2 3 things you will be tilted or sitout so my opinion is start one tournament play it good and win it ! 1-5 position o yeah i forgot and late stage 100 players and down you must fold a lot of hands + low pairs in high stackes they go crazy they play 3 4 hours for deep tournament 5 6 and players are mad they dont think right there is your plus if you don't get rigged in hand that you like and you think you will hit this is your chance to be on 1-5 position
