with around 15bb and time left in the level I'm usually more picky about the cards I'm willing to shove with. As it gets closer to raising the blinds, I'm more willing to shove with any ace.. Once I drop below 10bb people don't respect the shove and even if you have a premium hand down to 5bb, with multiple people calling someone else will probably win it..

Push fold chart

Hi, everybody. I wonder what you think. The middle stage of the tournament, 13-15 bb should we be afraid to exhibit with a marginal hand ? (56s A5s Q9o), or still wait for a stronger hand ? In General, the question is, either the blinds will eat or wait for a strong hand?

Thank you for posting.

The first thing to start with is a push fold chart. Jonathan little has a free App that is excellent.
You can find it here.

https://floattheturn.com/wp/tools/pushfold-app/

Here is a video teaching you to use it.

Start here, but remember we must adapt these ranges for all the points the other posters mentioned.

Hope this helps.

Often when forward stronger hand I am able to pick up his stack to average or more. Because the big stacks often make mistakes when playing against small stacks and playing against them with weak hands. Because of this, any hand with an ace is a very strong hand in the later stage against the big stacks. Or on the bubble.
