I think that 5 min. Its ok but after longer play you need longer break.

A 5-minute break every 55 minutes really seems correct to me, otherwise the tournament would be too slow, or the break would be too spacious, so I think this is correct.

I consider a 5 minute break enough. When participating in a tournament the focus should be on developing the moves without wasting unnecessary time on other activities.

fortunately that 5 minutes. You can get up to warm up, walk, drink, go, smoke, whoever ... the main thing is to relax for a while. Without a break, you can be stupid by playing for example 5 hours and make stupid moves. And more than 5 minutes is too much, you can step away from the game too much, changing the environment

Is usually good, because it gives me a chance to recoup, and gather myself for the next round.

I think the 5 min break on pokerstars is perfect. It is short enough that it is not too long, but long enough that you can brew some tea or something, and the breaks are all synchronised so this makes multitabling MTTs actually viable.

I love it, just shift that focus and let go of the concentration. In addition, the perfect time to grab a beer.

Breaks of 5 minutes are needed. And a five-minute break is enough.

I think 5 minutes are good, but I would do them every 2 hours I think that every 1 hour becomes tedious

Hello. To me, 5 minutes works just great. A break each hour helps for a number of reasons such as a good memory refresh.

I find it interesting to have a break during the tournament, as many tournaments can take hours and even days, so it is extremely important for health and well being that there are breaks so that we can make needs, stretch our legs, drink water and things like that type

Sometimes it is small time, and other times it is useless, because of the circumstances. It should not be smaller. It is a modest break. I try to be as prepaired as I can during the hours I play poker.

5 minutes break every hour is ok, but should have another 10-15 minutes every 3 hours or so on bigger tournaments

It depends if you are hungry then 5 minutes is a little time, and if you have been playing for 4 5 hours the tournament I would rather just keep playing to finish as soon as possible.

5 minutes is a perfect break for me. But of course, at the long stage of the game - it would be possible to take a one-time break of 10 minutes every 4 hours. Not a bad idea for me
