Ugh. I hate AQ multiway and early in a tourney. It may be just me, but I fold AQo preflop in EP to an UTG raise.

So, you have to call 1000 for a pot of 2300 (I think Motorace is folding. If you have an inkling that Morotace is raising this is a definite fold). 2.3:1 immediate odds, but 5.3:1 implied odds when you add the 3000 additional you'll get if Motorace can't let go of his set or 2 pair if you hit one of your 8 outs (I'm thinking he's got AA here but at least AK) and you're left with 3000 if you miss. The implied odds are there and the blinds are so small that you can call off 1000 more and still have plently of room to maneuver.

Strong arguments for a call here.

Forgot to add-- the two people behind you who cold called your flop raise are problematic and argue against a call here in case they spring into action and raise you off your draw. It's probably too early to have gotten a read and I don't play PS or $20 tourneys-- I don't know if PS will have many donks at the $20 buy-in level but I'm thinking they don't. Because of this I probably fold (another reason not to play AQo in EP).

Instant call. You may be up against a made flush. But you are a spade away from the nut flush and potentailly mega pay-off. Make the call, see the river and re-evaluate.
