I'd call. What hands can beat you? Pocket kings, 8's or a bigger 6. The kings are unlikely as he'd raise PF. If he had one of the other hands, well thats poker. I'm guessing he had Kx.

what do you put him on and whats your move?
I only quote you b/c it's easier to scroll over the hand, with that said:
What are you doing in the hand?, and if you say SB, thats weak.
If I had been in the hand I would have put him on K-8 and called his bet and find out that he didn't raise his pocket 8s PF and I would have been out of the tourney, but as a pokerstars player myself the best hand he would have held would have to be the K-8, so again push allin.........and again I have to ask......What were you doing in the hand in the first place?!!!!
I don't mean to sound harsh or like an expert, but after being at this forum for awhile I do know that you dont hold onto garbage like 9-6os and I'm sure alot of others will ask the same Question. Yeah sure 69 looks inviting , but that's between you and the wife/girlfriend/other;), but at the poker table it's a no-no.

He's getting 7:1 on his call, which in itself is plenty. Add on the (massive) implied odds - as Bombjack mentioned - and the call is fine.

Some people employ a super tight, premium hands only style in the first hour, and others use a limp to see a flop style. Your implied odds in the 4.40s are HUGE because people will put their entire stack in the middle with top pair any kicker with no hesitation if you happen to hit trips or a hidden two pair.

my appologies to Dingo, please forgive me Daddy(lol). as it goes for implied odds and such, looks like more reading is required by me.
Thanks Chuck and Jack for pointing this out for me.
I'm even learning from someone elses threads/posts:D

I put villian on Kx. If she has K6, then oh well.

villian had A6

gg me

the more i think about it I think i was right, my 9 kicker was beating any 76, 56, 46, 86 that opponet may have limped with, i don't think this guy would have got away from trip 6's with any kicker. so oh well, chalk it up
