I don't have Poker Tracker so bear with me.
I wasn't too worried about the limper, I have seen him limp in with any suited cards before, and was pretty sure I beat his range.
The all-in worried me a little, if I call, it's more than half my stack. so what is my line here?

snap shove fist pump. Your crush his range and even if he turns up with aces or kings your still in the tourny

This.

Does this really need analysis?
IMO, it did, I had made the mistake of calling, thinking the limper would have folded to the all-in and my call.
I realized I had made a mistake when villian had bet the flop and pushed anyway.
So the proper thing to do in this situation is just to push?
Please be gentle with me, I feel bad enough for not pushing.
Why would the limper call behind an all-in and a call?
Did he have some sort of odds I hadn't seen?

If you ship it in preflop you most likely cause the idiot with K6 to fold, putting you heads up, which is what you want with QQ.

The flat call isn't terrible by any means, but if you do get called and the A or K comes, you're in a position where you're pot committed and probably behind.
