Pretty standard play with your stack at this point. You were in a coin flip and lost nothing you can do about that. Played fine by both you and villan.

Both played well, IMO. Not many other choices here. Just a race - pair vs. 2 overcards.

Your stack was too small to just call and go set mining. Can't be results oriented, yes if you had called and the others had folded (big if) then you might have been able to win with an AI on the flop but you can't think that way as it will lead to future mistakes that will cost you even more in the long run.

Preflop you will win 55 outta 100
Post Flop you will win 90 outta 100

So you got lucky to go from 55/100 to 90/100 and then got unlucky to lose.

But you also don't know what types of hands your AI pushed out preflop, like 89, JT etc. that would have then had good odds to call an AI after the flop.

You had a decision to make preflop and as has been said you made the right one. Don't use the results to try and convince yourself that there was a 'better' or 'equally good' way to play it.

You had an M of approx. 2. No one had shown strength. You had a mid PP in the CO position. Easy push. You're certainly not going to fold in this situation.

Yeh, with an M of 1.6 this is a obvious call for all-in IMO, you simply have to put doe s chips in dere with a 77.
