Well for starters, minraising is horrible and a sign of strength. DO NOT DO IT. Reraise bigger on the flop. On the river, you have put more than half of your stack into the pot, so you aren't folding to a flush (pot committal). Might as well put him all in.

There are a couple things here. First off, raise more on the flop. He's obviously interested in that flop and will most likely be willing to get more chips in the middle. The turn bet is ok, although I might consider just pushing there.

On the river, just push it all in. Flush draws don't reraise flops like that normally. You'll most often see hands like KJ / AJ range, maybe a set if you are lucky but the flush is very unlikely.

Tend to agree - a flush is possible, though it's been played very weird if that's what it is. This is more likely to be something like Effexor said: AJ / KJ or a set. Someone else holding T8 might also make sense. So I'd merrily get it in on the river.

If you're beat you're beat, but I think you're ahead the overwhelming majority of the time here AND if the villain's called all your previous bets, they'll probably pay you off here.

Other than that, again I'll just be repeating the advice given above: raise bigger on the flop, and definitely bet bigger on the turn - if you're suspecting one of your villains is on a flush draw, betting 540 into a pot of around 1300 offers them a pretty good price to contine. It's not quite the odds they need, but it's close.

The other alternative would be to disguise the strength of your hand by flat calling the raise on the flop. This obviously carries a lot more risk though and against an aggressive opponent who'll get his chips in you may as well just build the pot on the flop.
