Stolen from your blog:

It also helps you steal when you have a tight image while playing heads up. Sometimes you can reraise his steal attempt and win 5 hands worth of blinds. It doesn't matter how many hands you win heads up it matters how much you win in those hands.

This was part of the reason I shove here. I think there is a chance that he could be attempting a steal since neither of you have been aggressive yet. Given fold equity, villain attempting steal, the overcard and flush draw...................NOT SURE WHAT TO DO..................

If you really feel like you can easily outplay him then pick another spot. I don't have a problem with either calling or folding. I still think I shove though.

Hmm, lots of good comments already.

9 flush outs, maybe Aces (unless he's on AK or already has 2 pair or a set), backdoor straight; I'd guess 11 outs which is the underside of a coin flip.

My question at the beginning would have been whether you have been playing LAG, in which case his check-raise makes more sense if he hit his hand but expected you c-bet, or, just decided it's time to push you off.

But, if you've both been playing tight I'd guess likely that he's got a K, or second likely he's got a J or QT and is seeing if you are just c-betting. Either way, like tb says, he's willing to get all his chips in on this hand.

I fold, store the information and wait for a situation where he tries the same thing but you've hit a hand, or somewhere else you might be able to use this against him.
