Hi. And again this low pair. Apparently the system likes testing my angelic patience. :D
This time there are 8 players left in the tournament and 5 players will win a ticket. :)
New. At the moment I am in 8th place. My stack is M3. How do you play it?
In this hand UTG limp. In my previous situation UTG bistack was preflop bet.
Here my previous situation from 66.

When short stacked we want to play connected big cards more often than small pairs in this type of spot
Equilab is good for comparing hands vs a villains possible range

It sucks, that someone has limped. But in this one you are far shorter than anyone else, so you kind of need a dubble. And for that reason I probably just go with it, but its close.

I agree with both of the posts above. I would much rather have AK here than 55 so that I would always have some decent amount of equity minus vs AA but also believe that since we are in last place here and we need a double, 55 is good enough to jam over a limper when we have 6 BBs. You could still get some fold equity by jamming in a satty and the players behind you should not want to get involved here unless they have something good (KJ off makes no sense to me) so I like going with it. I will also agree with Fundiver that its close as I would not be doing this with 22 I dont think but 55 has a nice leg up on A2-A4 and also still beats a few pocket pairs so I would jam as you did here. Bad break that it was 55 vs 66.
