I would not assume, that UTG is going to open small and then fold to a rejam, and you are way to short to go for a setmine. So I would just fold and look for spots, where I can jam without any prior action from other players.

I thought so too, but unfortunately after the fact. When I played it, I felt in my soul that I had rather done something uncool. :)

Only looked at the result now, and this is actually a fairly important hand, which people can learn a lot from. The effective stack size was only 10BB, and the opponent was the table chip leader. This was a perfect spot for him to either apply maximum ICM-pressure near a satellite bubble by moving all-in preflop. Or fold and let other players bust each other, since additional chips had very little value for him. So why is this player now instead min-raising from UTG? This is something, you need to ask yourself before deciding on your action. And basically there are only two options:

1) He has no idea, what he is doing
2) He have aces or kings and want to induce action

In this case it was option 2), and you stepped right into the trap. But even if it was option 1), there is still the issue, that if he is this bad, then maybe he is also bad enough to not fold his KJ or whatever, when you jam. And while its less of a disaster to get it in as a coinflip rather than as a 4:1 dog, you do NOT want to flip for all your chips near a satellite bubble, unless you are one of the shortest stacks. So if you had taken a bit of time to think the situation through, before you acted, this should have been a very easy fold :)
