I had been playing ultra aggressive and the table had caught on. I had been caught stealing blinds with marginal hands like QJ offsuit recently.

Villian was from what I saw, seemed to be a card chaser, bet draws real hard.

I would prbly just go all in. If he had a big pocket pair he would of reraised preflop because of your table image. Not likely he flopped trip tens. 444....doubt it.

my guess would have to be that he floppped a boat, 4s over 10s as he was holding 44.

Based on the background you supplied, it would appear that he is playing off your image and recent cookie jar / hand syndrome.

He isn't chasing a draw this time based on board, but likely just has big cards (but not a big pair). I was going to say reraise all in, which may still be the best move, but it is possible that he's playing a hand like A10. odds are that he isn't though, so I think that I still move in here.
