I think you make the call. You are getting about 4.5/1 on your money with a 31% to hit your hand on turn and 17% on river. After this call, you then have to decide how you will play the turn. I may check whether I hit or miss the turn, since you made this call on the flop you probably going to get a check from ammbrr unless he is protecting A.A or K,K. I am interested in seing how this hand has played out.

I guess I'd call here.Take a look at the turn, because the almost min raise on the flop lets you the chance and odds to call the hit your straight. If the guy did hit a monsterish flop, i think his raise wasn't good

Clear call. Then check turn no matter what. You're implied odds are actually a lot better than the explicit odds. This is a nice chance at a juicy payoff. If you miss the turn and he takes a big swing then you've got a tougher decision... prolly fold.

Depends on your typical strategy. Definitely a minimum of a call. If your'e over aggressive (and have been playing that way) might want to toss a re-raise, but that's only if you're willing to call an all in after that with your draw. With the re-raise you might be able to pull the pot if he was bluffing you, if not like I said make sure you're willing to call the all in.

I'd say it's a matter of feeling. If the bettor djgolfcan folds you'll need 46 % winning chance to break-even. And since nobody raised pre-flop I'd put the raiser on trips which means that you're only outs are four 8:s and four Q:s that completes your straight. 8 * 4,25 = 36. So mathematically you don't have the expressed odds. But let's say that the bettor also calls, then you have the expressed odds, and if you hit the straight you're able to suck out much money from both your opponents (or your opponent if the bettor folds). I'd probably call a few times more than I fold in such a situation.
