I'd be inclined to call. Although you have a weak kicker, you got top pair... and pairing anything in heads-up is fortunate.

Don't like the minraise preflop. Especially against a looser player.

But ya against a looser player I'd be inclined to call.

I min raised him because he was folding with out any effort on my part and when he had a monster hand he telegraphed it.

What was he doing here then? What do you put him on?

I can't really say what his line here represents but usually an aggressive player will make inviting bets like this with strong hands (AK/big pairs). His minreraise PF scares me a little.

If you're going to consider folding to a check-shove here (which is reasonable against some players given how the hand was played; depends on reads), bet less on the flop. 700 gets the same information cheaper. As played, you've pretty much committed yourself

Definately have to call at this point. Either way if you fold or call/lose you're going to be behind in chips. Might as well try to take with out with top pair.

Heads up you have a monster. Folding here would be incredibly weak even if he does end up having a better hand, which doesn't seem likely.

I disagree. I think it seems pretty likely (although we're getting such good odds that I still agree we're committed to a call, and we have semi-reasonable outs against anything but a set or KQ).

Between the min-reraise and check-shove on the flop after BBB has practically committed herself, it looks a whole lot like a better hand... certainly could be QQ, KK, AA or AK. What else does he reasonably take this line with? There's almost no draws he could be pushing except AJ or JT, but the minreraise PF makes those unlikely holdings.

I wish I hadn't seen the results, but I fold PF to the reraise. He's willing to play the hand OOP with such a short stack, he didn't reraise all-in, and he'd been folding to your open minraises. I can't see him reraising anything less than KQ+ or JJ+.

Congrats on the win.

Boy, I hate to think I changed my mind because I now know the results, but I'm sorry to say that I don't think I read the hand close enough. A PF reraise followed by a check raise? I still would have made the crying call.
