That board i would always cbet, because we want play big pot with this hand and if we check and turn is like a Jh we are a lot of trouble!

Bet a decent amount. If he has a flush draw and over-pays to call, that's fine. If he has a smaller set, he's unlikely to fold now, but might if the turn looks bad to him, so get him to put some chips in the pot now. If he has something that will fold, how likely is it that he'll improve enough on the turn to put more into the pot?

You could be check-raised if he flopped the flush, but that doesn't happen very often, so checking behind because of something he'll only occasionally have is rather timid.

Always, always bet that flop, 3/4 pot to pot-sized. The board is so co-ordinated there is a huge range of worse hands and draws that will call you - you're getting ridiculous value by betting. If the turn completes a lot of draws you have position and can re-evaluate, if the turn is blank then keep firing.

In flop C-bet 180 , if villain push fold, if call then check, and look at its action, when board very coordinated does not need much value bet, since then have call next street with good odds, but it will be far behind , better pot controll.
