I'm folding here. Villain isn't very aggressive. There is an obvious 4-card straight on the board, and villain is over-shoving on the river so, presumably, the straight possibilites don't bother him.

Tbh, I hate this spot. Don't like the C-Bet v. a flop that hits his pre-flop flatting range pretty hard. And, when you do C-Bet and get check-raised; I'm done with the pot then.

Frankly, your play reeks of FPS. The ABC play pre- is to fold. You not only open, but decide to min-bet. Not the worst play ever made, but not good either.

C-betting after he checks the all high card flop is fine. You're basically repping an A, and he can have quite a few hands he should fold if you do. But why is half pot the appropriate amount?

When he check-raises, why are you calling? You're getting 5:1 pot odds, but you only have a gutshot (about 11:1) plus a non-nut backdoor flush draw. Easy fold.

Given what actually happened on the flop, bet more on the turn. You caught the nuts, but it's somewhat disguised since from his perspective, you don't rate to have a bare Q. You could have AQ or maybe KQ, but if he's calling half pot, he's likely to call more as well. So bet more. Simple.

As played, when he overshoves the river, what can you beat? Ax, KJ and air, plus a Q to chop, all of which he could reasonably have played differently through the course of the hand. So basically, unless he's making the freeroller special testosterone shove, you're beat. That's possible, but since folding still leaves you with a very healthy stack, it's not hard to do so and look for better spots.
