Just go AI preflop, no need any fancy play on freeroll given stack size (most often you will get anyway at least one caller who is most likely behind, since it is freeroll and players tend to be terrible)+dynamics. imo

As played (wp preflop, x% i will play preflop same way): but fold on flop (since flop hit villain most likely range pretty hard+you do not have odds to draw and even if you improve it could be second best combination, possible). imo

OTF: Allin or Fold. You're not going to improve. If he checked the turn what would you do? Guess. - that's the correct answer. You either have to be committed or uncommitted. Given that call OTF, I question why you don't jam the turn, since you improved, the A minimizes the Villains range. You should just fold on the flop without a read on your opponent. In future, if you have more reads on villain, reraise shoving OTF is not a bad move either. As well it is important to know if you have Q of Spades or not, as that could add roughly 3-4% implied equity if shoving OTF.

I think turn you already behind, this donkbets look like for value, so need fold.

About shove preflop, with 20bb this bad idea with top range, because if you raise and get calls, when villain get top pair or draw on any board he will play on whole stack most of the time.

i think i would just go all in preflop with queens with less than 20 bb stack. also when villain bets on the flop your best choices are shove or fold never call because you dont have too much fold equity because you have already risk almost half of your stack in the hand so calling the flop was the worst choice you could made. i think folding on the flop was the right option there. also you have to consider shoving all in with less than 20 bb specially with hands like qq,jj,10 10 or even ak and aq.
