I see this a lot and never know how to deal with it. Villain flats pre and donks the flop, my range doesn't exactly hit this board so he can bet out and try and steal it with a range of atc, I probably should of just flatted the turn if I thought i was still ahead, should I just give up on the flop in spots like this?

Its look like he bet for value in turn , because he donkbet twice , it says that he has something there . Better fold in turn and not risk with your size stack , your bluff 3bet in freeroll not sense when villain bet flop and turn , almost always had at least a pair , when some one bet twice , this means that we are already far behind.

I have played this hand a little differently, in preflop only raise 2bb , your raise very much with your stack size...not to make a big pot and I was able to fold , not do good odds in postflop...

In flop when villain small bet, most of the time this mean weakness in micro limit, and i 3bet this small bet, around 2200 enough , if he have nothing he fold , if have something he call or reraise , anyway if he reraise we can fold , if call we have a chance win in turn/river... Also when we 3bet we have fold equity , what he fold because AF very high....

And in river if we not get pair only check/fold....

Optimistic call nothing to see already ,most of the time we lose and even the good pot odds do not help :D We already far behind here with our ace high...
