I think that shoving against a min raise by the CO is the correct action. Especially if he is the big stack at the table. 9 times out of 10 he is just trying to bubble steal.

Why is it that the most boring hand with an obvious action (folding) gets the most replies. But an interesting hand that actually requires some discussion gets like 1 reply.

Great that you won, but....

With a raise already in front of you, this is a clear fold on a satellite bubble. Open shoving would be a different story because you'd have a lot more fold equity, but after someone has already shown interest in the pot and probably isn't going away, you're flipping at best. The difference in tournament equity at that point is so big that you need a huge hand to push in there. Let one of the other short stacks take the risks and get knocked out first.
