M of 5. I got ATo in the BB. Action is folded to SB (first time this happens in this SNG so no read). He raises. ATo is good enough to make a stand, isn't it?

Without looking into the icm calculator I'd probably shove this too, but I think the fact that you have no fold equity and still a 'decent' stack may be enough to fold and get to stealing. Kinda depends on how tight the players to your left are too, but I don't hate shoving.

SnGWiz says to start pushing when he's opening %16 or more of his range. Anything less and it's a fold.

I'm not sure I don't have fold equity here. If he raises a wide range, he may also fold the bottom of his range even though he would have good pot odds to call. I see that happen all the time at this level.

Otherwise, if he knows he has to call a reraise, than the only reason he open raises instead of open shoving is that he has a monster, and therefore I should fold. But we haven't seen open shoves at the table yet at this time, so I think he has just not adjusted to the Ms yet, so I do have FE.

I agree - we don't have much FE, but I definitely wouldn't be shocked to see villain fold something like, hmm, 20% of the time here. If he has say a 2.5k+ stack, then perhaps you have a case for saying we have no FE.

This looks on the face of it like a really standard shove to me, but I wouldn't be surprised to see SNGPT or whatever say it's marginal.

Pokerstove tells me 16% is 66+,A7s+,A5s,K9s+,Q9s+,JTs,ATo+,KTo+,QJo. I'm not sure he raises a lot more than that, actually, so maybe this was less an obvious shove than I thought.
