PF and the flop betting is fine but as soon as you see that 3rd heart pop up you need to really hit it. The pot is around 990, (if my math is right). You needed to make at least a pot size bet here. If someone is chasing something here they will be calling with incorrect odds. And if they don't hit you will collect big.
