Raise more PF. He cold calls your check raise, and that's not good, especially when followed by a push? I'd have to fold here. Aces are a good hand but there's a good chance you're beat here.

I agree that the preflop raise was too small.

You checked the flop with the plan of check-raising which you did which is fine.

So now we have to think about what we are up against. Villan could have A-2 or 6-7 for a straight but he could just as esily have A-3 or A-4 or even A-3 )we certainly hope not). If he has one of these hands (A-x) we made a mistaqke by letting him see the flop cheaply.

He also could easily have an over pair to the board and believe you have A-K, I see this alot. He could also be on a draw.

The problem is it's hard to put him on a hand because of the low raise pre-flop which allowed a lot of speculative hands in the pot cheaply.

Over-all I think I call this though as I think there are alot of possible hands villan has that you beat.

He'll prob end up having 6-7 though.

Wow.. i agree that the bet preflop was very weak...

But that guy is an idiot paying an allin with that.. of course he had Str8 and flush draw to the K, but come on, theres a boat draw on the turn and there are no pot odds to call here.

Bad luck m8... still very weak raise preflop i think

Best regards

You can't control if someone wants to play a weak hand, but you can make him pay for doing so if he wants. Thats why we need to raise more preflop. In the long run if people keep calling large raises with weak hands they will occasionally win but most of the times they will be leaking chips.
