his stats look really loose, however it's easy to get carried away and not notice it's only over 27 hands. I'd just treat this as a loose 3bet, so something like A8 22+ KJs+ maybe a little wider. A8s does not fare that well against that and i doubt we have that much folding equity vs this guy.

Yes he could be just flexing here and 3betting with garbage, but we really don't know that, you are usually better off just giving him the benefit of the doubt.

If he had just opened, then I think you could 3bet. But since he is 3betting a different opener, you have to figure that at least one of those 2 players has A8 beat...gotta let it go I think.

Fold preflop, action look like what we already behind, min raise tight player and min 3 bet lag ( look so strange ) , 16 bb it is still playable stack, what can find more profitable situation than approximately not more 32% equity vs most range hands if calling tight player our shove and 40% if lag....
