Do I 3-bet here? And if I do what size do I raise here?
Can I call the flop bet or folding is the "safe" option ?

I wouldn't 3-bet pre with AJ. And on the flop, you aren't getting the pot odds to call the c-bet. (you need about 7:1 and you are only getting 3:1). AQ+ is ahead of you. Any T is ahead of you. (6 and 5 aren't likely for V to have.) Any pair is ahead of you.

Fold is fine.

Preflop
AJo is a hand, we can sometimes 3-bet preflop, but this does not look like the greatest spot for it. You only start with around 50BB, original raiser has you well covered, and its a bounty tournament. This gives him a lot of incentive to come over the top with a 4-bet, especially with the other guy in between, so he can push him out of the pot and go after your bounty, if you give action. And of course when we 3-bet AJo, getting 4-bet is not the outcome, we are looking for.

If original raiser was very tight, folding would not be totally crazy. But even though AJo is not the best hand in the world to take multiway, you do have position on everyone, so I think, it is fine to stick in a call and see the flop. By just calling you do keep some hands involved, that you dominate, like AT, KJ etc. You just need to play well postflop and be ready to let go of one pair, if the action gets to heavy.

Flop
You definitely can not float here with just two overcards, when you have two other players left to act behind you.
