UTG Stats after 47 hands: VPIP 19 PFR 6 Fold to Flop C-bet 100
UTG+1 stats after 16 hands: VPIP 44 PFR 19 Limp 22

1. Is calling here pre-flop loose? I know I get 8 to 1 but against 3 players.
2. Is raising the flop a better action then calling?
3. Do I bet the turn?
4. Can I call the river?

It seems like on the Bounty tournaments players make strange plays sometimes.

Thanks for posting

Preplanning requires us to have a plan for PKO's vs SMTT

So we want to build a data file that we review before we play PKO's.
Simple example
Assuming we are adjusting from standard MTT play

1 We adjust our ranges to win bounties-so does everyone else
2 We iso to win bounties some times shoving all-in to get other players to fold-so do they
3 We play much tighter when we are the bounty to be won
4 Multiway we have to expect loose calls and over bets from our V

please continue to add to this list

Our hand is not the first thing we reference- Stack sizes are- how many do we cover at the table if we lose chips how does that change-
2 Who has what bounty size/ what is ours
3 V are going to try to get stacks in post flop is our hand good for that type of situation

Ok as played

Preflop fine call but what is our plan now? Stack sizes- vs 2 players we are the bounty they want to stack us not to get us to fold- we base our strat on this point
UTG range dominates our pairs so are we looking to make a pair and play for a big pot?

The rest of the hand is standard we cannot fold flop we check turn we fold river.
Side note UTG wants to trap both you and UTG1 for stacks as they cover you both so they will not bet top of range on this flop hoping to trap.

Hope this helps

I think you played the hand well. I guess you could folk pre flop but the small raise and pot odds certainly makes calling fine, I would even say it was optimal.

Preflop
Its fine to defend JTo to a min-raise.

Flop
In a 4-way pot I lean towards just check-folding here. The issue is, if someone has a Q, you are basically drawing dead, and the more opponents saw the flop, the more likely someone has it.

Turn
No point in doing anything but check again. Now I would definitely check-fold, but luckily it checks through.

River
Now UTG leads out after just check-calling the flop, and UTG+1 folds. Its pretty obvious, that UTG is never betting for value with a hand worse than yours, so the question is, do you want to make a hero call in this spot? And I think, the answer is no. He is betting the river in a 3-way pot, and even though both his opponents have shown some weakness, he should be bluffing less often than in a heads-up pot. You are also not getting the best price.

Most importantly though its difficult to find potential candidates for bluffs in his range, since most of them got there on A of hearts. KJ is now a straight, and any AX is top pair. The only missed draws are hands like J9s and K9 of clubs, but not everyone will open these hands UTG, and even if they are in his range, its still only 4 combos. His value range on the other hand potentially contain a ton of combos including 12 combos of KJ, 16 combos of AK, 12 combos of AJ, 8 combos of AQ and 8 combos of KQ. So there is just way to much value, that beat you, and not nearly enough bluffs.
