Reraise more pre or just flat. The baby raise is going to put you in an unknown spot postflop with a hand that doesn't flop the greatest and with the bet size you will be called almost always. As played once CO 4 bets a UTG raise and a 3bet this is an easy toss, I'd put his range at QQ+, AK unless we have some read to dictate otherwise.

First off, your 3-bet was way too small (you're pricing in any & everything). With stacks this deep you'd typically want to 3-bet to ~3.5x his raise. So as mentioned, either 3bet bigger or just flat (if you flat you're getting great odds to set mine if in fact you are up against AA KK).

A utg raise is typically representing a stronger hand... BUT not always, especially vs. experienced MTT regs. (joking comment you'll hear is.. UTG is the new button). Also, vs. experienced regs. you'll often see them 3-betting light to balance their 3-betting range & 4-bet bluffing over when they figure someone might be 3-bet squeezing (ie. in FTOPS $1,000 buyin last night, deep in the tourney MP raises, LP calls, Btn 3-bets & then BB 4-bet shoves ~40+bb's.... and BTN calls. BTN had AQo, & BB had A5s. Some of the rail commented, "wow, this deep in a big buyin FTOPS.. that was ridiculously bad play,.. both the shove & the call" What they were missing though was what was beyond their scope of reasoning (sure in a $5 donkament it would be), the A5s was obviously trying to fold out what he figured was a 3-bet squeeze, the AQo was getting a good price to make the call on the shove & was also probably thinking that the BB was thinking that he was 3-bet squeezing, making both plays 'good' plays.
