I raise a little bigger preflop. But that isn't a huge problem

I just fold the flop. 2 overs and it hits his range.

As played, once I get to the turn and have an OESD I'll call in position getting almost 6:1 in pot odds with 8 outs is the right price even without implied odds. But I figure I am beat at this point and drawing to 8 outs. I don't even want to river a set. I am ONLY looking for an 8 or a K.

River: Fold. we didn't hit our draw. he bet all 3 steets OOP so he has AT LEAST a Jack. I'd put him on a flopped 2 pair or better.

Yep, fold flop here, the flop hits his strong preflop calling range since he calls from the SB, and we have basically a pair of 2's with a little more backdoor equity. But in general, a perfect time to just dump the hand and move onto a more profitable spot, like shoving 10BB in with a wide range from the SB for example. These types of spots you really want to keep simple and automate, so you can play more tables which is the goal with SNG in general if you like making money.

Play is a little passive for me.

As played though, I would have folded flop and go the next. Our hand is hanging and most likely he is ahead by now.

I agree the best option in this spot was fold in the flop, but my call in the river is the worst of all :/

Regards!
