And yes I think flatting here is fine. Im not much on flatting myself but this actually looks like one of the times we can.

This is an obvious flat, 3-betting here is terrible and folding is ridiculously weak vs. CO as long as you're not going to spazz shove all undercard boards.

Oops..forgot I posted this.

This is from a CC league game. CO is a solid TAG and doesn't get out of line with c-bets very often. I could easily be behind a set or overpair here.

I rarely flat but in this case it seems like the best play.

A. If he's never c-betting missed overs he's not really a solid TAG.
B. If he's a solid TAG he should be able to fold JJ here occasionally to a flop CRAI.
C. If he can fold JJ here you should bluff this board a lot (see ISF theorem).

flatting the flop is the best play? You can't really control the size of the pot/ get to showdown cheaply by flatting here, since we're out of position, just check-raise all-in, our equity here is too good not to.

we have zero implied odds to flat call. calling with a 1 card OESD out of position lets villain play perfectly.

Oooops....forgot about this:(

From a purely results oriented POV I flatted the flop and turn, she had a set of 6's and I whiffed the next 2 streets, check/checking the river when the third club hit. Survived and went on to get first place.

Any other situation (non-league) I'm pretty sure I reraise/shove the flop. These games are supernitty and I find myself playing that way too.
