Lovely spot but I think I should have been able to get alot more value. I was wondering if it is worth just jamming river since I think sb can have sets alot of the time. He is a pretty tight player and snap called pre. I just felt like he was really strong here. Should I make it bigger, just jam river or is my sizing about right.

I'm also curious if pre is ok given mp2 has a short stack

I think flatting pre is ok, I think my default though given our stack size I think I'd opt to just 3B iso him and discourage the blinds from calling and put him all in. It depends though on how he's been playing too.

I think your sizing is fine on the river to. NH!

Jamming the river against a player like that is pretty risky.I agree your betsizing on the river is fine as you would had some fold equity.

I think this hand is ok. I guess he would have folded if u had raised more on the river.

Pre is acceptable, but 3 betting is probably slightly better for your range/playability. KQo isn't so pretty that you mind if you have to fold to a 4bet. Would flat KQs.

SBs range is consistent with having a lot of sets or JT/J9 2 pair, but her sizing isn't. If they had bet over 1k, I'd feel much more comfortable about shoving. I think this sizing is plenty big already, even for these stakes where you will be called more liberally.

I do agree with the course at hand.

Betting more might make him fold since you mentioned he is pretty tight.

I'm thinking that you extracted very well on the river. If you bet much more then you run a really big risk of not getting paid. I think if you're going to bet more, you have to jam to make it look like a bluff. Any raise bigger than $2,000 but less than all in looks really suspicious.

You never know.. it is nice with poker - you can calculate chances with tools or count odds with your head but whether you will get straight or not depends on your luck.. I think however you played it safe and well and you will know better with more experience in future how to play these hands to maximize the outcome in chips :)
