Silver Level
So I've dabbled a bit in stud, but mostly cash games and enjoy it. This is actually the first time I had played HI/LO but I have had great results in other hi/lo games and the level of play in this particular tournament was horrific so I am pretty adamant that I had a huge edge over the general field. For the most part I feel like I played really well, especially in the earlier levels, but started to run bad when bring ins were increased, having to fold like 4th street a few times to awful runouts with hands that had great potential.

The hand has plenty of potential for stud hi/lo with flush draws, straight draws and low draws, having said that it isn't really ideal because 2 spades are already dead as well as a couple of my straight outs, but I felt I could still defend here.
The run out gives me a pretty decent hand with a flush plus made low and I was sort of thinking that even though villain clearly has the same type of hand that I should probably be able to win half the pot often enough to show profit in calling. Is this just a cooler run out or should I have realized that villain is going to have better flushes and better lows quite often here and given it is a fixed limit game should I call anyway because of the huge odds you are getting?
