I'm more concerned w getting UTG+1 all in on the turn before a scare card hits the river than in keeping the pot multiway - if we flat, and CO comes along, and the board pairs or a small spade hits, are we shoving? Are we calling a shove? If we flat and CO folds, same question?

No, you don't want this multi-way. You want to freeroll the shit out of some guy with another QT, and you don't want to give odds for a bigger flush draw or a set to come along. Just shove all of it in here. Even shoving, worse hands will still probably somehow talk themselves into a call, because its a $2 donkament in a non-hold'em game that everyone sucks at.
