The best to share the entire hand history including starting stacks and the action on each street. But heads-up for 27BB effective it seem fine to stack-off TPTK on the flop even on a monotone board. If the opponent flopped a flush or a set or whatever, then generally just good for him.

Are you asking about villain perspective?
I've seen lot of those shoves done on board like this with overcards when playes got shortstacked. Even with connected this can be coin flip.

The villian range is not weak when calling a big raise in preflop, and If the villian has at least one heart, I think he won't fold here.

If you have time and the blinds are not so high, you could fold, but I think it is not so bad decision the all-in here. You could have a 9A for a full house!:)
