I hope that I am posting these histories correctly. If not please let me know and I will endeavor to do better in future.

There are six hands in total from 3 different tournaments and they are indicative of my overall playing style and common experience. I am sure I must be the worst poker player on Earth. I am hoping someone can give me some feedback and it can be as forthright and damning as required. These hands happened over a short period of time so I am a very sad panda.

ALL hands you play fine, right push/fold, but only last hand this you in tilt sure, play on stack with only top pair bad kicker this leak , in turn we need only call raise villain, if he have draw he raise our bet in flop, but in turn when board many draw and villain raise we are already behind most times. SO River check/fold, if he bet again,,

All seem fine, you should fold the last hand obviously, if you are tilted at least 3bet it or something that might show some sort of a profitable outcome.

Kc Jc. Calling seems okay but folding doesn't seem out of the question either. At this level, most players don't push as wide as they theoretically should, so it's unlikely you're much better than 50% vs. his range. Plus you've just paid the blinds, which means you have nearly a full orbit to find a situation where you can be the shover.

Ac Qh. With 7+bb, this is an insta-shove.

Jc Js. Easy call. Even if he's not shoving as wide as he should, JJ is too strong to fold, esp. with the pot odds we're getting.

Ac 5h. Easy shove. Just because many other players don't shove wide enough doesn't mean you shouldn't. Plus many don't call wide enough either.

KK. It's impossible to put an unknown on a range such that you shouldn't bet both the flop and the turn. Even if you don't pot the flop, you'll be either all in or pot committed when you bet the turn.

Jh 3h. Obvious fold pre-. As played, check the flop and fold if he bets. How much of his range is he folding on this board? Not that much, which means you're likely to see the turn OOP with little chance to improve. And what's most likely to happen on the turn is you miss and check, he bets and you fold. So in the single most likely scenario, you just gave away 10% of your stack to defend your sb of 15.

I appreciate the input very much. I have been hemorrhaging money lately but I suspect I may be getting a big taste of variance early in my career.

This is a poor assumption to make because it's kind of a no-win. If you are just running bad, you gain nothing by telling yourself so. If you're contributing to your bad run, telling yourself it's because the cards aren't falling your way isn't conducive to looking for your leaks.

nothing to say which hasn't been said above, except for the last hand.
Never ever let tilt come in....so basically work on your mental game.
Getting tilt out of your system is gonna save you sooooo many chips.

I totally appreciate what you are saying here and definitely take it on board. Maybe my luck is turning around I just flopped my first set after 173 attempts in a row with pocket pairs.

tilt kills... If you find yourself upset over a bad beat... stand up and walk away for a couple minutes, and let yourself calm down. I would rather do this and run the risk of automucking AA then doing what happened to you. I used to tilt easily.. it takes some mental work, but you can overcome it! Stay calm and ship on!!!

KJs-[/B] you didn't play the hand, right? so are you asking if you should have called? I think no. Folding is fine because the shover already got called. If the CO raised and the button and SB fold...then you should consider calling off with KJ and hoping it's a flip. But because they are both relatively OK on chips they must have something pretty good...at least one of them. The best case scenario for you would be if one of them has AQ and the other has something like 88...but more than likely at least one of them has you dominated.

AQ- standard spot. no problems

JJ- standard again, no problems

A5- standard. no problems

KK- pretty standard. that flop is pretty safe so I'd bet less than pot sized to gain value from Jx type hands. either way, you have to be happy to be getting it in on the turn.

J3s-so the standard play is to just fold such a trashy hand from the SB...but I understand we must mix it up sometimes. I'd prefer 3bet bluffing or folding in this spot (leaning heavily toward folding) but I'd consider calling only if the opponent likes to Cbet a lot. In that case I'll check/call when I hit the flop and I'll lead out on the turn.

And when I miss the flop and it looks like it also missed the raiser's range I might check-raise the flop as a bluff. So, basically if I play J3s from the SB almost every line is a bluff. It's pretty hard to play J3s for value and that's while I'll usually opt to fold this type of hand out of position. I want to have more ways to win besides bluffing (like position, or semi-bluffing with a strong draw, or flopping a monster like a set or straight).

Once you make 2 pair though, it's hard to get away because your hand is so under-repped. running into a set when you have 2 pair is always a bit of a cooler, even if you shouldn't have been in the hand it's still cooler-ish.
