Pre Flop: (t75) Hero is CO with 9 :spade: 9 :diamond:
2 folds, Hero raises to t150, BTN calls t150, 2 folds

Flop: (t375) 6 :club: 3 :spade: 8 :club: (2 players)
Hero bets t280, BTN raises to t4418 all in, Hero folds

BTN is a known 16+ tabler with a 4-5% ROI.. Anyway he is a tight player and haven't seen spazzing out on me..

Filtered Stat BTN: 1.6/15/11 hands:1.0k

Was it a good or nitty fold?

I usually bet 200 here but against him I thought betting a bit more to show real strength (like it's really for value).. and fold to a reraise cuz I don't think I'll be ahead often.. correct or disagree?

I call, there's tons of draws and you've got like 1/3 of your stack already in and you've got an overpair plus a backdoor straight draw/

Call, so likely he's making some sort of pointless play or he hit a pair with his 87s or whatever.

Why would you fold here? What range do you put him on? IMO his range includes tons of draws and top pairs, very few overpairs, random pair+backdoor draw combos, and very little else.

Unless you think it's likely that we're being seriously out-leveled I call this. Pretty much everything that beats us is usually either raising smaller for value or flat calling on a slowplay. This is probably a draw / overcards / weak pair / combo and I'd be reasonably confident of being ahead.

Agreed. We've already invested more than a third of our stack and we have an overpair to the board. Looks to me like a guy trying to be table bully and pushing back on what he perceives to be a continuation bet. Feels to me like he has a draw of some sort or poss a lower pair which he's trying to protect.

I dont know, but when I played 11$ SnG's the regs were so unbelivibly nitty. They would re-raise with AA, and call with TT-KK, so thats what I would put him on.

We can pretty happily stack off even when we're well behind his range here due to pot odds.
