I think, continuing here is a little bit iffy, especially when CO has already called. You are mostly trying to nail your gutshot, and you are not really deep enough to chase after implied odds. Yes you do have a BDFD as well, and you have an overcard, but if you hit on the overcard, it wont always give you the best hand, since you could easily be up against AK, AQ, AT or KJ.

Turn
You do pick up the BDFD, but with the Q pairing you have significantly less quity, that you would have on an unpaired board. If someone have TT or QT, you have a single out to the royal flush, and if you are against KQ, you only have 8 outs, since 2c or any K will give them a boat. So I dont think, you are getting the right odds to call it off here, and I like your decision to fold.
