I don't like at all how I played this hand. The BB has 10 hands played with VPIP 20 PFR 20....not very accurate given the sample size.

1. Do you guys think that if I decide to play this hand should I raise 2x/2.5x or 3x?
2. On the flop I should bet bigger right? I give him 4:1 pot odds betting this small.
3. Is wrong from me to bet 3 times here?

Preflop
SB open limping is totally fine, especially when you are the shorter stack, because it protects you from getting 3-bet and have to fold a playable hand like this.

Flop
In general its ok to do a lot of flop stabbing, when BB has knocked his option. Your sizing is a little bit small but totally fine, since your main goal here is protection. You want to get hands like J4 or Q2, which randomly has some equity, to fold, so that you take down a small pot uncontested. You can also check a hand like this and use it as a bluff catcher, and just like heads-up blind vs. blind play is very much about dynamics, so you really need to feel out, what this opponent is all about, and what he think about you.

Turn
Now I would lean towards checking, since most of the hands, you want protection against, should already have folded, and its a bit thin to go for 3 streets of value with second pair. Your hand is a good bluff catcher, and the goal now should be to get to showdown in a small to medium sized pot.

River
How I definitely dont understand, why you are betting. Flush got there, and 6X also got there, if he somehow has that. So which worse hand are you trying to get called by, that already paid off two bets? Like ace high? Or are you turning your hand into a bluff, and in that case targeting what? Like 99 or TT, that did not raise preflop? I dont see any reason to bet here, and as played its realistically a check-fold, since almost anything got there.

Results
So he backed into trips after calling you on the flop and turn with 5% equity, and this obviously suck. However the fact, he called with something, that was this far behind, make your flop and turn lines much better than, if he would have folded. So dont fall into the trap of being results oriented. Its never the goal in poker to get a hand with 5% equity to fold, just to aviod the rare occurence of a bad beat. Instead you can just check-fold, when the river card is obviously bad for you, and you dont beat anything, your opponent would bet when checked to. Then you put in chips, when you are way ahead and no chips, when you are beat, and this is literally the definition of playing perfect.
