Flopped a straight here but obviously I could be dead on the flop if someone has 2 clubs.
Should I have reraised more on the flop tho? I think so because its unlikely anyone has a made flush and I need to not give the right pot odds to people drawing to it to call.
I had a read on this guy on the turn that he didn't have the flush and was probably on a draw to it.
I think the turn bet is the right amount because he doesn't have the right pot odds to call it on a draw, and surely he should fold there.

From your side it wasnt so badly played ... Maybe I would played the in the same way ... maybe I took advantage of my position and reraise before the flop ...

meh i fold on the river easily. It was pretty obvious he was on a flush draw(ace, king, or maybe even had the queen).

I only needed to call 240 on the river for a pot of 1900.
Its almost certain he has a flush but thats giving me 7.9 to 1 odds which means I only need to have a 11% chance of winning to make the call correct.

Thanks for this one, very interesting.

It would be tough for me to call the river bet. I'm sure I would, knowing I'm beat. But I know I'm wrong for doing it.

Look at it from his perspective though:

At first you look at the results and say that's a terrible call on the turn, even with his implied odds and he knows you're going to call a river bet.

500 to win 1160+240 = 2.8-1
9 outs with 1 card to come 5-1

If he thinks any A is good or any 5 is good then:
15 outs (9clubs (3) A (3) 5 )with 1 card to come 3-1

I think thats right. I wish I could think about all this while the hands going on.

So how bad was his call?

Yeah I agree with you, he should have folded on the turn, you played fine both on the flop and turn (his turn call is more incorrect if he is only betting that amount on the river also)

River is a fold, but I doubt I would make it
