I have a good flush and a redraw to a straight flush. Am I too strong to bet here? This is a $1.00 tournament and I don't think I have to balance anything. I was hoping he would call with a set or 2pr. Not sure what he called my 3bet with. But I guess he just had nothing. Should I slow playing since this hand is so strong?

3-betting this kind of hand is fine, but out of position I would go larger. You only made it 3X, and this does not give you enough fold equity in my opinion.

Flop
Betting here is fine and standard. You want to get as many chips as possible into the pot, before another club rolls off or the board pairs. As you say, he probably just missed completely.
