In these 25c tournament, you could just go all-in on the river and expect to be called by bottom pair quite often if he has something. I don't think bet sizing as such matters at these stakes..
So long as you are giving them bad odds to make the call for their draws then it's all good. I think your bet sizing is ok...like I say, it woulden't matter, if he had a pair in most cases he would be calling any bet size. He obviously had a missed draw and bricked the river.

I'd probably bet more on both flop and turn, maybe 3/4-full pot. Get more money in while they can still draw to their gutshots or whatever.

Out if position with v. little fold equity.

Based on what? The fact it's a 25cent tournament? If so then just ship it in as their calling range is most likely way behind. If not, then not sure how you have no FE?

No reason to raise this pre. You played it perfectly fine you could possibly bet 60 flop and like 140 turn but nothing wrong with the way you played it. On river you should probably be betting 225 or so.

Just general experience. I've found that people that limp in are usually very reluctant to fold preflop to a standard bet size (3x+1 for each limper); so if I had raised here I would've found myself in a large multiway pot with a marginal hand out of position. Obviously here it wouldn't have been that bad but in other situations, say the flop had come 7 J T or something, I would've lost quite a few chips.

Not raising pre. I'd bet 50 flop, 160 turn and 60-65% on river.
